Assess the pelvis and thigh position carefully and evaluate if the user can tolerate corrections. Fine-tuning the angles can have a positive impact on the alignment of the trunk and spine, use the 3A back angle adjustments and the back straps to assess the desired sitting angles.

Seat: The thigh position is important for stability and upper body balance. Use an adjustable seat cushion or create a shape with additional cell foam wedges (1,2) that can be attached under the cushion cover directly to the foam. Pelvic obliquity can be accommodated with the Large Cell Foam Wedge (3).

Back Support: The 3D Back cushion (4) contours perfectly to the user's back, and the tension adjustable back straps stabilize and support the trunk.

Trunk Support: The trunk may need lateral support (5). They should be positioned higher on the side the person is leaning to and counteract further down on the opposite side.

Positioning Belt: Use a positioning belt (6) if the user has sliding problems.
Arm Support: If the user is leaning towards the arm support, make sure the height is appropriate and choose the arm support with a wide and soft plate, maybe with a soft cover (7)? In some cases, the arm supports may be set with different heights.

Tray (8): Support from the front can help the user to better trunk symmetry.

A too-upright position may trigger lateral flexion. Secure the active seat tilt with the Comfort Tilt Lock (9) and the active back support position with the Back Angle Control (10).
