The Carrot 3 provides optimal positioning for head, trunk, and pelvic stability; with extensive growth capabilities.

The Convaid Carrot 3 Special Needs Child Restraint System is designed for children and teens. The back reclines flat (180 degrees) from a fully upright position (90 degrees). Optional extensions allow for years of potential growth. The contoured headrest, body-conforming foam, and optional shoulder wings improve side impact protection. The firm lateral supports are optional and encourage midline alignment of the trunk. The inserts for the seat, hips, and trunk come standard and provide custom positioning.

Anti-adduction/knee separator pad

Can be used facing forwards as a knee separator or facing the back of the Carrot 3 as an anti-addiction pad.

Foot & leg positioning

The rodded footrests provide lower extremity support for added comfort, positioning, and improved circulation.
